My experience at the Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como was overall quite luxurious, with beautiful surroundings and excellent amenities. The room was stunning, featuring an amazing view and a lovely terrace, but the service left much to be desired. I encountered issues with the staff’s responsiveness and organization, which dampened my stay a bit. Overall, although I enjoyed many aspects, I felt the service didn’t match the hotel’s high expectations considering the price.
